Cold Call Simulation Assessment

Every applicant starts with an AI-powered cold call simulation. They’re scored on how well they uncover needs, listen actively, handle objections, communicate value, and speak fluently. Only those who score at least 70% move forward.

Resume Review + Deep Video Interview

Next, applicants submit their resumes and go through a detailed video interview. We dig into their cold calling experience and past results. Only those with at least 3 years of proven experience are accepted. No fluff, no fakes.

Real-World Trial Placement

Before joining our talent pool, every shortlisted caller does a 1-week placement, cold calling for us directly. This is where we separate talkers from performers. If they can’t book meetings, they don’t make it.

Ongoing Training & Community

We don’t stop at hiring. Every RemoteAides caller joins a private learning community where we host training sessions, bring in cold calling veterans, and help our callers continuously upskill. Performance is monitored weekly.
